About

Overview
Pino is a site specific garden pavilion for cultural activities for La Térmica cultural center in Malaga. It was designed and built in the spring of 2015 during a two week workshop with Spanish and Norwegian architecture students. The pavilion marks a boundary between the dominating parking area and a quiet grove with tall eucalyptus trees and smaller shrubs, thus creating an intimate space for presentations of literature, poetry recitals and smaller concerts as well as opening ceremonies at the center.
